Limbah B3 limbah berbahaya
Limbah B3 adalah limbah yang secara umum sangat berbahaya bagi lingkungan maklhuk hidup karana mempunyai sifat beracun, mudah terbakar, korosif dan mudah meledak.limbah B3 berasal dari bahan sisa yang dihasilkan dari suatu kegiatan proses produksi, rumah tangga, industri, dan pertambangan.Wujud atau bentuk limbah B3 dapat berupa gas dan debu, cair atau padat. Di dunia ini berbagai jenis limbah atau sampah sering kita jumpai di mana - mana bahkan ada yang bersifat beracun, berbahaya yang dikenal masyarakat modern sebagai limbah B3.
Limbah B3 mengandung bahan berbahaya atau beracun yang sifat dan konsentrasinya, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, dapat merusak atau mencemarkan lingkungan hidup atau membahayakan kesehatan manusia.Yang termasuk limbah B3 antara lain adalah bahan baku yang berbahaya dan beracun yang tidak digunakan lagi karena rusak, sisa kemasan, tumpahan, sisa proses, dan oli bekas kapal yang memerlukan penanganan dan pengolahan khusus. Bahan-bahan ini termasuk limbah B3 bila memiliki salah satu atau lebih karakteristik berikut: mudah meledak, mudah terbakar, bersifat reaktif, beracun, menyebabkan infeksi, bersifat korosif, dan lain-lain, yang bila diuji dengan toksikologi dapat diketahui termasuk limbah B3.
A. Macam- macam Limbah B3
- Limbah mudah meledak adalah limbah yang melalui reaksi kimia dapat menghasilkan gas dengan suhu dan tekanan tinggi yang dengan cepat dapat merusak meledak yang cukup dasyat.
- Limbah mudah terbakar adalah limbah yang apabila berdekatan dengan api, percikan api, akan mudah terbakar..
- Limbah reaktif adalah limbah yang bereaksi dan menyebabkan kebakaran karena melepaskan atau menerima peroksida yang tidak stabil karna suhu yang sangat tinggi.
- Limbah beracun adalah limbah yang mengandung racun yang berbahaya bagi maklhuk hidup dan manusia.
- Limbah yang bersifat korosif adalah limbah yang menyebabkan iritasi pada kulit .

Firman Allah Ta'ala:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا قُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًا وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ
"Hai orang-orang yang beriman, peliharalah dirimu dan keluargamu dari api Neraka yang bahan bakarnya adalah manusia dan batu." (At-Tahrim: 6)
Memelihara diri dari api Neraka adalah dengan mewajibkan bagi diri sendiri untuk melaksanakan perintah Allah dan menjauhi larangan-Nya, serta bertaubat dari segala perbuatan yang dapat menyebabkan kemurkaan dan siksa-Nya.
Adapun memelihara istri dan anak-anak dari api Neraka adalah dengan MENDIDIK dan MENGAJARKAN kepada mereka (syariat Islam), serta MEMAKSA mereka untuk melaksanakan perintah Allah.
Maka seorang hamba tidak akan selamat dari siksaan Neraka kecuali jika dia benar-benar melaksanakan perintah Allah (dalam ayat ini) PADA DIRINYA SENDIRI dan PADA ORANG-ORANG YANG BERADA DI BAWAH KEKUASAAN dan TANGGUNG JAWABNYA.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE ADVICE AND backbiting (By: Al-Ustadz Fariq bin Gasim Anuz)
There have been many books that explain about backbiting and keharamannya equipped with the arguments of Al - Quran and As- Sunnah that is authentic , then the compiler will only menukilkan now nothing is allowed from backbiting , especially the fourth point , namely the order to give advice , and an explanation of the difference between the cleric 's advice and backbiting .
Imam Nawawi rahimahullah said :
"Know that backbiting is allowed for the right purpose and Sharai , where it may come to that purpose , except by berghibah , such that caused six cases :
( Case ) Fourthly , in order to give a warning to the Muslims from the evils and in order to give advice to them , and such that the following conditions .
Among them , in order menjarh ( meyebutkan defect ) the majruhin (those mentioned his disability ) of the hadith narrator and witness , and thus it is allowed by ijma ' of the Muslims , may even be obligatory.
And of them anyway in order deliberation relating to bond with one's marital relationship , or in the case of co-operation , or in the case of a deposit to someone , or hang out , or in the case of her neighbors , or in other cases , and shall upon those who are invited for deliberation to frankly mention the circumstances of the person and he should not hide it , even he had to mention her existing deficiencies with the intention to provide advice .
And among them , when he saw a claimant paced science came to the gathering of experts heresy , or a wicked , and gain knowledge from him , then he feared that the prosecution of science is affected and negative consequences to him , then he should advise him with experts to explain the circumstances of the wicked heretic , provided the intention is solely advisory, and this includes anything from abused him . And in between , if a person who has a position in the government , when he was not performing their duties properly , it could be because he does not deserve that position , or because he is who he is wicked or negligent person , and the like , then obliged to notify this to the person's supervisor that the supervisor fired him and replaced it with the proper one, or a boss who knows irregularities subordinates he can make a fair discretion in accordance with the conditions of his subordinates , and he was trying to motivate him to remain committed and , always running over the rails , or if it can not , he replaced it with another person . " [ 1 ]
After he mentioned six points of the things that are allowed to do backbiting , and he argued that the arguments of the famous hadith that is authentic , among which are :
From Aisha radi ' anha , that the person requesting permission to enter upon the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam , then he said : " Let him to enter , he was as evil - evil people in the midst of his people . " [ Muttafaq ' Alaih ] [ 2 ]
And of Fatima bint Qais radi ' anha , he said : I came to the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam , then I say , "Surely Abul Jahm and Mu'awiya , both have been proposed to ? " Then the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wa sallam replied , " As a Faqir Mu'awiya he does not own property , while Abul Jahm , his stick never be separated from his shoulder . "
And in the history of Muslims ( others ) , " While Abul Jahm often hit women . "
The sentence is an explanation of the history of " He did not let go of the stick from his shoulder . " And it is said that its meaning : often have to travel ( safar ) . " [ 3 ]
Shaikh Salim al - Hilali said in his book Sharh Bahjatun Naazhirin Riyadhus Righteous .
" This hadith issued by Muslim ( 1480 ) .
Attention : This hadith is not issued by Al - Bukhari , as has been written and reminded by the huffazh . " [ 4 ]
Shaikh Salim al - Hilali also says in the same book :
" Al - Imam ash- Syaukani vol Imam Nawawi has review sayings about six points of the things that are allowed to berghibah , pent ) in a monograph which he gave the name Raf'ur Raibah ' wa maa laa ammaa yajuzu yajuzu minal backbiting , and now I mention anything apparent to me the truth of it .
Ash Syaukani said :

Should know that we have suggested that there is a clear prohibition of backbiting in the Qur'an , Sunnah and ijma ' , and context contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah general and complete prohibition of backbiting has consequences of each of the individual personalities of the Muslims to every individual of them anyway , then there should be no backbiting in the opinion justify certain place for private or public , except by bringing the proposition that specializes generality of this prohibition , if the argument has been over the upright so then that's to be expected , and if not found then it means that the arguments lie in the name of Allah , and includes anything that justifies God forbid no description of God " [ 5 ]
I ( Shaykh Salim ) said also:
" What was mentioned by Ash- Syaukani an important criterion in which he gave great signs , including
[ a ] . That the permissibility of doing backbiting is an exception due to certain circumstances , if it has been lost because the law was returned to its origin , namely the prohibition of backbiting .
[ b ] . That this ability as a necessity , so it should be limited in accordance with the limitations , it may not be copied freely in terms of this exception , but for those who are forced in order to provide advice , then let it pious to Allah his Lord , and do not ever he became the beyond the limit ..
And what was mentioned by An - Nawawi is the practice of the rule of " the existence of a clear priority to beneficiaries over mafsadah that do not necessarily appear " , and this is a great rule of Shari'ah purposes . " [ 6 ]
Shaikh Salim al - Hilali said also :

Shaikh Hussein Al - Awaisyah in a book written a chapter which means , " Case - suspected cases not backbiting , but actually includes backbiting " , whom he mentions in the eighth point :
" And perhaps God gives primacy to a person in terms of commanding the good and forbidding the evil , where not just anyone can advise other people more so if the person who advised that it is difficult to accept the advice , then the person receiving the advice with honest and sincere , and apparent from her strong desire to repent , but the adviser seems weak in the face of the devil , he suddenly tells disgrace that person in the sight of men , " the user does this and that , so and so to do so , then I advise him . "
Factors especially if not follow the lust and love doing backbiting that encourages the person delivering this story before men ? !
Is not the purpose of commanding the good and forbidding the evil that ma'ruf spread among humans , and the unjust be dead not move ? ! If so , why is accompanied by discussion and comments , even though the goal has been achieved ? ! Or already turned around , so that people who took to the ma'ruf been ruled by satan , and those who forbid munkar , he himself slipping into the munkar . " [ 8 ]
Imam Ibn Al - Qayyim Al - Jauziyyah rahimahullah said :
" And the difference between advice and backbiting is that the advice was intended in order to warn of the dangers of a Muslim heretic experts , spreaders of slander , fraud, or destroyer ... "
Until he said :
" So tell me when ill of others in order to counsel as required by Allah and His Messenger to his servants the things which Muslims thus is taqarub to God , including good deeds , but when telling others intend denounce evil and dishonor your brother and eat his flesh so you wasted her position in the hearts of the men then vice is a chronic disease and fire that engulfed the good of the fire that burned as firewood . " [ 9 ]
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah said :
" Mention of human ugliness with anything that is not favored by them in their home , there are two kinds .
First : Mention his actions .
Second : Mention that particular person , whether he is alive or had died .
First, every kind act denounced by Allah and His Messenger , then a Muslim is obliged to denounce it anyway , and it is thus not including ghibah act as any kind of action that is praised by Allah and His Messenger , then shall he praised him anyway ... " [ 10 ]
Until he said :
" If the goal is to get to the goodness and encourage it , and forbid vice and warn him , it should mention the ugliness of the act . Therefore , the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wasallam . Heard someone When a foul , he Allaah ' alaihi wasallam said .
" Why give people the terms that do not exist in the book of God ? Whoever gives a condition that does not exist in the book of God , then he 's vanity , although a hundred conditions. " [ 11 ]
" Why people leave things that I allowed ? By Allah, I am the most devoted to God and most know their limitations among you . " [ 12 ]
" Why are people one of whom said , " As I would always fast will not break the fast, " and there are other says," As I would always wake up at night will not sleep , " and the other said , " I will not marry a woman , "and another said , " I will not eat meat . " But my own fasting and breaking , night waking and sleeping , married women , eating meat , then he who hates to sunnahku , then is not it includes golonganku . " [ 13 ]
Until he said :
" ( The second ) , while the others mentioned vices , as well as mentioning the person can do in some particular case .
Among these people who have been wronged , then he is entitled menzaliminya mention people , both in order to reject kezalimannya or to be eligible , as Hind said , " O Messenger of Allah ! Until he said :
" And among them in order to give advice to Muslims in matters of deen and their world as in the saheeh hadeeth from Fatima bint Qais when he consulted the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wasallam who will marry he said , " Abu Jahm and Mu'awiya had to woo I am . " so he gives advice , " As for those who faqir Muawiyah he does not own property , while Abu Jahm he beat up a woman who likes " and narrated " he never laid a stick on his shoulder " , then explained to him that he is a poor , may not be able to meet your right , and the other one hurt with a punch . and as this is the advice to him - despite the suitor includes mention of disgrace - .
And including in it , advice to someone about the person who will be invited to co-operation , which will he will give him , and that would be a witness for him , even those who would be the arbiter his affairs , and a similar one .
If it is related to specific beneficiaries , then what advice relating to the rights of the Muslims in general , such as rulers , witnesses , employees , servants and apart from them ? Mmaka no doubt that the advice in the greater again , as the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam said :
" Dien 's advice , the deen that advice . " They said , " To whom , O Messenger of Allah ? " He said , " To Allah , to His Book , His Messenger , and to the rulers of the Muslims and the Muslims in general . " [ 15 ]
And they said to Umar Ibn Khattab regarding expert shura , " Make it so and so and so and so as amir , " then Umar mentioned shortcomings six of them one by one , when they seutama - primary race , he made the deficiencies that exist in them as a barrier for him to choose them .
If so, then the advice with regard to serious benefits dien - beneficiaries , either specific or general obligatory , like the narrator of the hadith is wrong or lying , as Yahya ibn Said said , "I asked and Ats - Malik and Al - Layth Tsaury bin Sa ' ad , I think he , and Al - Auzai the accused person in the hadith or not memorized . they all say , ' Explain the situation ' . " And some people said to Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal , " Truly hard for me to say so and so so and so and so so . Similarly, for example , in order to explain the priests experts heresy , both in terms of their character or the character of their Aqeedah in terms of worship contrary to the Qur'an and the Sunnah , then an explanation of their circumstances and warning people of the dangers of their obligatory by agreement of the Muslims to the extent that it is said to Ahmad ibn Hanbal : " which one is more you love , someone who is fasting and prayer as well as those who argue ber'itikaf or expert heresy ? "

And the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wasallam has said :
" Sesunggguhnya God does not look at you in such form and you treasure but he saw to caution you and your deeds " [ 16 ]
And Allah says in His Book :
" Indeed We have sent Our apostles with bringing tangible evidence and We sent down with them the Book and the balance ( of justice ) so that people can carry out justice . And We made the iron contained her great strengths and a range of benefits for man , ( so that they use the iron ) and that Allah may know who helps ( religion ) and His Messenger, His Messenger, and Allah is not seen . surely Allah is Strong, Mighty. " [ Al - Hadid : 25 ]
So God tells us that He has lowered the Book and the balance ( justice ) that mankind administer justice , and he has lowered iron , as mentioned in the paragraph above . So it is a milestone for the Deen of the Book, which gives guidance and succor sword .
" And your Lord be enough clues Giver and Helper . " [ Al - Furqan : 31 ]
And the Book, he as principal , therefore, the first time God sent His Messenger , He revealed to him the Book , during his stay in Makkah , Allah has not ordered him lift up his sword and have migrated supporters are ready for jihad .
And the enemies of the Deen that there are two kinds : Infidels and hypocrites . And Allah has ordered His Prophet to wage jihad against the two groups , as in his words :
" Strive ( against ) unbelievers and the hypocrites , and be hard at them . " [ At- Tawbah : 73 ]
When the hypocrites do heresy contrary to the Book , and deceive people , and not explained this kebid'ahan to humans , it devastated the Book , and transformed this deen , deen as scribe before we have broken anyway due to changes in the deen , while the culprit is not denied .
And if they were not hypocrites , but they were loyal listener of the speech hypocrites , without them aware that heresy - heretical hypocrites have been poisoned them so they assumed that the speech - experts bid ' ah is true , when in fact violate the Book that they be invited to a da'wah interpreter - heresy heretical hypocrites and be their mouthpiece . As Allaah says :
" If they set off together you they would not add you , except sheer damage , and of course they would rush forward to face dicelah - gap ranks , to hold in the midst of chaos , were any of you people who like to listen to the words very them . " [ At Tawbah : 47 ]
Then explain the situation they should do well , even slander of what they are doing it bigger , because in them there is faith that requires us to be loyal to them , and they have fallen to heresy - heretical hypocrites who this dien damage , it should be a warning of heresy - the heresy , although it should be with any mention them and show the people , even though they spread the heresy that is not derived from hypocrites , but they pronounce it conjecture the heresy is that the instructions and teachings of kindness and of the deen , but in fact not the case , then it must also explain their circumstances .
Therefore, it is obligatory to explain the state of the wrong people in the hadith and history , and people are wrong in their opinions and fatwas , and the wrong people in the ascetic and worship , although one person who was a mujtahid [ 17 ] which has been forgiven , even got a reward for the wrong ijtihad , then the explanation of the words and acts in accordance with the Book and the Sunnah law is mandatory , although it must be contrary to the words and actions of a mujtahid .
If it is known that the error in the form of ijtihad mujtahid who meet the criteria and requirements as ijtihad , which is based on Islamic rules correctly then there should be denounced in mentioning his mistake and should not say it as a sin, because Allah has forgiven his mistake , even obligatory loyal and in love with him because of her faith and piety are , and shall perform his or her rights , in the form of praise and prayer as well as others .
And if known him that he was as hypocrites as known in the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam as Abdullah bin Ubai and her friends , as the Muslims would know the hypocrisy of the Shia Rafidhah , like Abdullah ibn Saba and the like , such as ibn al- Hajjaj Abdul Purest , and Muhammad ibn Sa ` id Al - Mashlub , then this type is also mentioned hypocrisy .
And if someone spread kebid ` Ahan and it is not known whether he includes a hypocrite or a believer who make mistakes mentioned in accordance with what is known of him , it is not lawful for a person to speak without knowledge , and not lawful for him to speak in this chapter , but with sincerity merely for the pleasure of Allaah , and that the word of Allah raised up and so dien it all belongs to God .
Whoever speaks in such cases without the knowledge or proven contrary to the facts , then he sinned .
And so is the case of a judge , witnesses , and the mufti , as the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wasallam said :
" Various kinds of judges that there are three : two of them in hell and one in heaven . Someone who knows the truth and decide the case based on the truth , then he is in heaven , and a man who decides to human cases over ignorance , then he is in hell , and one knows the truth , so he decided to violate the court that he knew the truth , then he is in Hell . " [ 18 ]
And Allaah says :
" O you who believe , be the people who really upholders of justice, bearing witness for Allah , even against yourselves or your kin mother and father , if he is rich or poor , Allah knows better kemaslahatannya . Then do you follow the desires and deviate from the truth . And if you distort ( justice) or decline to do justice , verily Allah is aware of what you are doing . " [ An - Nisa : 135 ]
And falsehood , is hiding the truth and any similar one , as contained in Shahihain ( Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim ) of the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wasallam that he said:
" The seller and the buyer before they split allowed to vote ( whether or cancel the trading hold ) , if both are honest and explain ( the real situation ) then they get blessed in the trading , but if both lie and conceal ( the real situation ) , the blessings of buying and selling both erased . "
Then the person who spoke with the science in the case should have good intentions , so when he speaks correctly but intend to do vanity on earth or damage then its position as one who fought with ignorance and doing riya . As if she spoke sincerely for Allaah alone , then it includes the Mujahideen in Allah's way , including the inheritors of the prophets , the successor of the Apostles . And it did not violate his word , " Ghibah it mentions evil brother who makes it does not like ( if heard ) , " because " al - Akh " as believers , and " Al - Akh " the believers when true faith he will not hate for what you say in the form of truth , in which God and his Messenger love of the truth , the truth despite the implementation of harming herself or her friends , still have to do justice , and be witnesses for Allah , even against themselves alone , or both parents , or a close relative , if he hated the truth , then his faith is reduced , so that he brotherly will be reduced proportional to the reduction in her faith . There have been many books that explain about backbiting and keharamannya equipped with the arguments of Al - Quran and As- Sunnah that is authentic , then the compiler will only menukilkan now nothing is allowed from backbiting , especially the fourth point , namely the order to give advice , and an explanation of the difference between the cleric 's advice and backbiting .
Imam Nawawi rahimahullah said :
"Know that backbiting is allowed for the right purpose and Sharai , where it may come to that purpose , except by berghibah , such that caused six cases :
( Case ) Fourthly , in order to give a warning to the Muslims from the evils and in order to give advice to them , and such that the following conditions .
Among them , in order menjarh ( meyebutkan defect ) the majruhin (those mentioned his disability ) of the hadith narrator and witness , and thus it is allowed by ijma ' of the Muslims , may even be obligatory.
And of them anyway in order deliberation relating to bond with one's marital relationship , or in the case of co-operation , or in the case of a deposit to someone , or hang out , or in the case of her neighbors , or in other cases , and shall upon those who are invited for deliberation to frankly mention the circumstances of the person and he should not hide it , even he had to mention her existing deficiencies with the intention to provide advice .

From Aisha radi ' anha , that the person requesting permission to enter upon the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam , then he said : " Let him to enter , he was as evil - evil people in the midst of his people . " [ Muttafaq ' Alaih ] [ 2 ]
And of Fatima bint Qais radi ' anha , he said : I came to the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam , then I say , "Surely Abul Jahm and Mu'awiya , both have been proposed to ? " Then the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wa sallam replied , " As a Faqir Mu'awiya he does not own property , while Abul Jahm , his stick never be separated from his shoulder . "
And in the history of Muslims ( others ) , " While Abul Jahm often hit women . "
The sentence is an explanation of the history of " He did not let go of the stick from his shoulder . " And it is said that its meaning : often have to travel ( safar ) . " [ 3 ]
Shaikh Salim al - Hilali said in his book Sharh Bahjatun Naazhirin Riyadhus Righteous .

I ( Shaykh Salim ) said also:
" What was mentioned by Ash- Syaukani an important criterion in which he gave great signs , including
[ a ] . That the permissibility of doing backbiting is an exception due to certain circumstances , if it has been lost because the law was returned to its origin , namely the prohibition of backbiting .
[ b ] . That this ability as a necessity , so it should be limited in accordance with the limitations , it may not be copied freely in terms of this exception , but for those who are forced in order to provide advice , then let it pious to Allah his Lord , and do not ever he became the beyond the limit ..
And what was mentioned by An - Nawawi is the practice of the rule of " the existence of a clear priority to beneficiaries over mafsadah that do not necessarily appear " , and this is a great rule of Shari'ah purposes . " [ 6 ]
Shaikh Salim al - Hilali said also :

"
Factors especially if not follow the lust and love doing backbiting that encourages the person delivering this story before men ? !
Is not the purpose of commanding the good and forbidding the evil that ma'ruf spread among humans , and the unjust be dead not move ? ! Imam Ibn Al - Qayyim Al - Jauziyyah rahimahullah said :
" And the difference between advice and backbiting is that the advice was intended in order to warn of the dangers of a Muslim heretic experts , spreaders of slander , fraud, or destroyer ... "

" So tell me when ill of others in order to counsel as required by Allah and His Messenger to his servants the things which Muslims thus is taqarub to God , including good deeds , but when telling others intend denounce evil and dishonor your brother and eat his flesh so you wasted her position in the hearts of the men then vice is a chronic disease and fire that engulfed the good of the fire that burned as firewood . " [ 9 ]
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah said :
" Mention of human ugliness with anything that is not favored by them in their home , there are two kinds .
First : Mention his actions .
Second : Mention that particular person , whether he is alive or had died .
First, every kind act denounced by Allah and His Messenger , then a Muslim is obliged to denounce it anyway , and it is thus not including ghibah act as any kind of action that is praised by Allah and His Messenger , then shall he praised him anyway ... " [ 10 ]
Until he said :
" If the goal is to get to the goodness and encourage it , and forbid vice and warn him , it should mention the ugliness of the act . Therefore , the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wasallam . Heard someone When a foul , he Allaah ' alaihi wasallam said .
" Why give people the terms that do not exist in the book of God ? Whoever gives a condition that does not exist in the book of God , then he 's vanity , although a hundred conditions. " [ 11 ]
" Why people leave things that I allowed ? By Allah, I am the most devoted to God and most know their limitations among you . " [ 12 ]
" Why are people one of whom said , " As I would always fast will not break the fast, " and there are other says," As I would always wake up at night will not sleep , " and the other said , " I will not marry a woman , "and another said , " I will not eat meat . " But my own fasting and breaking , night waking and sleeping , married women , eating meat , then he who hates to sunnahku , then is not it includes golonganku . " [ 13 ]

If it is related to specific beneficiaries , then what advice relating to the rights of the Muslims in general , such as rulers , witnesses , employees , servants and apart from them ? Mmaka no doubt that the advice in the greater again , as the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam said :
" Dien 's advice , the deen that advice . " They said , " To whom , O Messenger of Allah ? " He said , " To Allah , to His Book , His Messenger , and to the rulers of the Muslims and the Muslims in general . " [ 15 ]

If so, then the advice with regard to serious benefits dien - beneficiaries , either specific or general obligatory , like the narrator of the hadith is wrong or lying , as Yahya ibn Said said , "I asked and Ats - Malik and Al - Layth Tsaury bin Sa ' ad , I think he , and Al - Auzai the accused person in the hadith or not memorized . they all say , ' Explain the situation ' . And the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wasallam has said :
" Sesunggguhnya God does not look at you in such form and you treasure but he saw to caution you and your deeds " [ 16 ]
And Allah says in His Book :
" Indeed We have sent Our apostles with bringing tangible evidence and We sent down with them the Book and the balance ( of justice ) so that people can carry out justice . And We made the iron contained her great strengths and a range of benefits for man , ( so that they use the iron ) and that Allah may know who helps ( religion ) and His Messenger, His Messenger, and Allah is not seen . surely Allah is Strong, Mighty. " [ Al - Hadid : 25 ]
So God tells us that He has lowered the Book and the balance ( justice ) that mankind administer justice , and he has lowered iron , as mentioned in the paragraph above . So it is a milestone for the Deen of the Book, which gives guidance and succor sword .
" And your Lord be enough clues Giver and Helper . " [ Al - Furqan : 31 ]

And the enemies of the Deen that there are two kinds : Infidels and hypocrites . And Allah has ordered His Prophet to wage jihad against the two groups , as in his words :
" Strive ( against ) unbelievers and the hypocrites , and be hard at them . " [ At- Tawbah : 73 ]
When the hypocrites do heresy contrary to the Book , and deceive people , and not explained this kebid'ahan to humans , it devastated the Book , and transformed this deen , deen as scribe before we have broken anyway due to changes in the deen , while the culprit is not denied .
And if they were not hypocrites , but they were loyal listener of the speech hypocrites , without them aware that heresy - heretical hypocrites have been poisoned them so they assumed that the speech - experts bid ' ah is true , when in fact violate the Book that they be invited to a da'wah interpreter - heresy heretical hypocrites and be their mouthpiece . As Allaah says :
" If they set off together you they would not add you , except sheer damage , and of course they would rush forward to face dicelah - gap ranks , to hold in the midst of chaos , were any of you people who like to listen to the words very them . " [ At Tawbah : 47 ]
Then explain the situation they should do well , even slander of what they are doing it bigger , because in them there is faith that requires us to be loyal to them , and they have fallen to heresy - heretical hypocrites who this dien damage , it should be a warning of heresy - the heresy , although it should be with any mention them and show the people , even though they spread the heresy that is not derived from hypocrites , but they pronounce it conjecture the heresy is that the instructions and teachings of kindness and of the deen , but in fact not the case , then it must also explain their circumstances .
Therefore, it is obligatory to explain the state of the wrong people in the hadith and history , and people are wrong in their opinions and fatwas , and the wrong people in the ascetic and worship , although one person who was a mujtahid [ 17 ] which has been forgiven , even got a reward for the wrong ijtihad , then the explanation of the words and acts in accordance with the Book and the Sunnah law is mandatory , although it must be contrary to the words and actions of a mujtahid .
If it is known that the error in the form of ijtihad mujtahid who meet the criteria and requirements as ijtihad , which is based on Islamic rules correctly then there should be denounced in mentioning his mistake and should not say it as a sin, because Allah has forgiven his mistake , even obligatory loyal and in love with him because of her faith and piety are , and shall perform his or her rights , in the form of praise and prayer as well as others .
And if known him that he was as hypocrites as known in the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam as Abdullah bin Ubai and her friends , as the Muslims would know the hypocrisy of the Shia Rafidhah , like Abdullah ibn Saba and the like , such as ibn al- Hajjaj Abdul Purest , and Muhammad ibn Sa ` id Al - Mashlub , then this type is also mentioned hypocrisy .
And if someone spread kebid ` Ahan and it is not known whether he includes a hypocrite or a believer who make mistakes mentioned in accordance with what is known of him , it is not lawful for a person to speak without knowledge , and not lawful for him to speak in this chapter , but with sincerity merely for the pleasure of Allaah , and that the word of Allah raised up and so dien it all belongs to God .
Whoever speaks in such cases without the knowledge or proven contrary to the facts , then he sinned .
And so is the case of a judge , witnesses , and the mufti , as the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wasallam said :
" Various kinds of judges that there are three : two of them in hell and one in heaven . Someone who knows the truth and decide the case based on the truth , then he is in heaven , and a man who decides to human cases over ignorance , then he is in hell , and one knows the truth , so he decided to violate the court that he knew the truth , then he is in Hell . " [ 18 ]
And Allaah says :
" O you who believe , be the people who really upholders of justice, bearing witness for Allah , even against yourselves or your kin mother and father , if he is rich or poor , Allah knows better kemaslahatannya . Then do you follow the desires and deviate from the truth . And if you distort ( justice) or decline to do justice , verily Allah is aware of what you are doing . " [ An - Nisa : 135 ]
And falsehood , is hiding the truth and any similar one , as contained in Shahihain ( Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim ) of the Prophet of Allaah ' alaihi wasallam that he said:
" The seller and the buyer before they split allowed to vote ( whether or cancel the trading hold ) , if both are honest and explain ( the real situation ) then they get blessed in the trading , but if both lie and conceal ( the real situation ) , the blessings of buying and selling both erased . "
Then the person who spoke with the science in the case should have good intentions , so when he speaks correctly but intend to do vanity on earth or damage then its position as one who fought with ignorance and doing riya . As if she spoke sincerely for Allaah alone , then it includes the Mujahideen in Allah's way , including the inheritors of the prophets , the successor of the Apostles . And it did not violate his word , " Ghibah it mentions evil brother who makes it does not like ( if heard ) , " because " al - Akh " as believers , and " Al - Akh " the believers when true faith he will not hate for what you say in the form of truth , in which God and his Messenger love of the truth , the truth despite the implementation of harming herself or her friends , still have to do justice , and be witnesses for Allah , even against themselves alone , or both parents , or a close relative , if he hated the truth , then his faith is reduced , so that he brotherly will be reduced proportional to the reduction in her faith . Sunnah Hasanah, Bukan Bid'ah Hasanah
Dari Abu 'Amr Jarir bin 'Abdullah radhiyallahu 'anhu, dia bercerita, pada suatu siang kami pernah bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam, kemudian ada sekelompok kaum yang mendatangi beliau dalam keadaan telanjang dan hanya memakai kain bergaris-garis yang terbuat dari bulu dengan menggantungkan pedang di leher-leher mereka. Kebanyakan atau bahkan mereka semua berasal dari Mudhar. Ketika melihat kemiskinan yang mereka alami, wajah Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam pun berubah. Kemudian beliau masuk rumah dan setelah itu keluar lagi. Selanjutnya, beliau menyuruh Bilal mengumandangkan adzan. Maka Bilal pun mengumandangkan adzan dan iqamah. Lalu beliau mengerjakan shalat kemudian berkhutbah.
